Please read these terms before using ReviewMama. By using the platform, you agree to them.

1. What ReviewMama is

ReviewMama is a platform where people can search for local businesses, read reviews and complaints about them, and see a calculated trust score. ReviewMama is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a business — we don't sell products, process payments, or guarantee the outcome of any purchase.

2. Accounts

You need a valid phone number to create an account and to submit a review, complaint, business listing, or claim. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, since it's how your account is verified.

3. Reviews and complaints

• Reviews and complaints must reflect your genuine experience. Do not submit false, fake, or fraudulent reviews or complaints, including on behalf of a business you own or a competitor.
• You may submit one review and one complaint per business.
• Submissions are reviewed by a moderator before becoming public. We may reject or remove content that violates these terms.
• Once published, you cannot delete your own review or complaint. If you believe something needs to be corrected or removed, contact us.

4. Business listings and claims

• Anyone can submit a business listing. If you claim a business, you're confirming you're authorized to represent it.
• A claim is reviewed by a moderator before it's approved. Falsely claiming a business you don't own or represent may result in your account being suspended.
• Once a business is claimed, the owner can edit listing details and reply to reviews and complaints, but cannot delete them.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, defamatory, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or businesses
• Attempt to manipulate a trust score through fake reviews, fake complaints, or fake claims
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Content and liability

Reviews and complaints reflect the opinions and experiences of the individuals who submit them, not ReviewMama's own verified findings. While submissions are moderated before publication, moderation is not a guarantee of factual accuracy. Businesses that believe a review or complaint about them is false or unfair may reply publicly or contact us to dispute it.

This section needs real legal review before launch. Depending on Bangladeshi law, you as the platform operator may have specific obligations and potential liability around user-submitted content that makes factual claims about a business (e.g. "never delivered," "overcharged"). This draft does not establish a specific liability framework — a lawyer familiar with Bangladeshi law should draft this section properly before you rely on it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

ReviewMama is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that trust scores, reviews, or complaints are complete, accurate, or error-free, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewMama is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from a transaction with a business you found through it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
